Me and my boyfriend(best friend) have been together for almost a year and he convinced me he could stay and so that's why i got into this relationship. He is 16 i'm 15. I know u think we r 2 young to b in love and its not that high school puppy love. I knew we would get married the first week i started talking to him. He lives in Tennessee and i live in Missouri, he visited down here. He lives with his mom and brother. His dad lives in Texas. His grandparents live down in missouri were i live. I plan to get my GED at 16 next January. Our 2 plans were for me to live in Tennessee with him and go to school. My mom might actually go for that plan because she says the school is better. But his mom wasn't so 'enthused' about the idea. But it was a very very slight possibility(maybe). I was going to go to school down there till i got my GED and get use to driving and get a job and what not. Then he and I would go to college and get married. The second plan was he live down in Missouri with his grandparents(who would be happy to have him there) we get our GED get a job learn to drive(almost the same as the first plan) go to college, and get married. I looked up a good college about 2 hours away from where i live now ( in MO) We can't bare to be separated. His mom is making him go back to Tennessee. I can't handle going back to school without him. I will just be home schooled. I rely on him. I can't stand to be apart from him for even a day. He's The ONE. I would never want anyone else and i will never have anyone else and he feels the same way. Please i don't want to hear anything about, there will be other guys or your not really in love and everyone goes through this. I NEED an answer please what are my other options? The loan officer for my mortgage company says that they do not normally charge an origination fee for a home loan, but there was one on my GFE and when I asked about it, she said that I was in one of the 4 states that require an origination fee. I live in MO and will be staying there. Some other states she listed were MA and NY, I don't remember the 4th one. The fee is $575, which is not bad, considering my loan is for $200k. She also told me that it would have been $1800 if I was in NY! I want to join the Army but was hoping to not have to leave for Basic Training until December because I'd made some plans months ago for this fall. I know it could come down to having to choose between my plans and the Army. However, my recruiter did say that when your Basic Training will start will depend on your MOS so if I was really set on not going until a certain time, it may be that I'd have to pass up a job that would be leaving earlier and pick another choice. So how true is that? When I'm picking a MOS will they be able to estimate (or even tell exactly) what day (or at least month) I'd be leaving before officially choosing that job and having it in my contract? What about the fact that I'm female? I heard that only a few of the bases have the facilities to have females at that Basic (I think I've heard South Carolina and Missouri?). So does that mean when I go would have less to do with my MOS and more to do with when the female groups will be starting? If that's the case, can they give me estimates on when those will start? I'm not trying to be difficult, if it came down to it I'd choose the Army in a heartbeat, I'm just trying to figure out my options. moreVoting Question: Can someone give me advice? ok.. so I'm Laura, and my ex is Cody. we've known eachother for awhile and we finally started dating. well as our relationship progresses, i learn that he's use to be an EXTREMELY bad kid.. so bad that him and his friend [Shawn] will go to juvie if they get in trouble one more time in their town. but he tells me that since he's been with me, he's changed. thats actually true, but not quite. Cody lies. i dont think he does it on purpose, becuz his dad is the exact same way. i think cody has grown up to tell people things and not follow thru, and to tell people what they want to hear. for awhile, he would tell me that he was moving to his dads [Louisiana- we live in missouri, he stays with his mom], then one day he would say he's moving to Bens [another friend, he's dating my friend Stephanie].. THEN he would say he's going to stay at his grandmas. so u get the picture about cody. he's a shifty one. well turns out his dad made him move to Louisiana.. and he's going to spend his next school year up there. Maybe. see, heres the thing. his dad is a liar, and his dad's girlfriend hates Cody. Cody is a pure trouble-maker, so he just might come back. anway, back to the problem. we broke up a few weeks ago. i told him that i didn't think we could make it becuz all my life, people have left me. and he knows this. my last relationship was the EXACT same thing.. except he went to Iowa. i told him that i need someone here for me, and since he's not here, that i didn't think we could work. plus, i wouldn't see him for about a year. well turns out i was right. we broke up. never in my entire life have i been so hurt. i was hollow. dead. i stopped eating, i stopped seeing steph and ben, everything. i cried myself to sleep a week straight. i hardly got any sleep becuz i was afraid to sleep. he was all i dreamt about. i started hanging out with this guy named Jacob, a real hick lol. he's nice, but i don't get to talk to him much. he's never had a girlfriend either, so i think he'd be clueless. and he works ALL day. i've also been hanging out with this kid that i've known for awhile also, his name is Russel. he's fun, sweet in a corny way, and i get to hang out with him just a tad more than i do with Jacob. but he also works a lot and he has a shifty family. he's got a dark past so to say. i dont really know a lot. i started hanging out with these guys, thinking that they could fill the gaping hole in my heart. i was wrong. Cody was all i could think about when i was with one of them. and i first time i kissed Jacob, i went in my room tht night and cried becuz i knew Cody wouldn't have done that to me. or would he?.. that made me cry more. i'd say about a few days ago, Cody messaged me on myspace. he said that he missed me. i felt that hole open up again. just seeing his name.. i told him i didn't know what to say to him. he tried to get back together with me, but i told him it wouldn't be the same. after all, he IS still gone, and i need someone here. i can't do long distance. my whole life has been long distance, and just flat out walking away from me. i was NOT going to let myself do this again. he told me that he stills loved me and that although we're kids [16], he wants to be with me forever. i told him that he has no idea what he's done to me and that it would take a LONG time for me to not hate him, to feel normal towards him. he said that was fine, and that anything would be better than this. he told me that he hasn't been the same either. i told him everything he's done to me, and he was shocked. he didn't understand what leaving did to me. well the next day, i checked his myspace page. some of his status's said "i want to get back to mo so i can see the person who means the most to me" and blah blah blah. he called me baby and said tht he missed me. well ANOTHER one sai " can't wait till shelbie gets on so i can ask her something important :)" MY NAME IS NOT SHELBIE.. AND I KNOW HER TOO! i was exploding with anger and betrayal. i looked at his top friends and it was Shawn as his 1st, Shelbie as his 2nd, someone else as his 3rd, and i was 4th. i couldn't believe it. i fell for it again and i didn't even realize it. who does he think he is, telling me that he loves me, yet he's got another girl on the side? yea sure, i've been hanging out with jacob and russell, but i'm not going to date them and i didn't tell cody that i still love him! but i do.. thats the problem. so i asked him about shelbie, and he said that they're just friends. riiiight. he started yelling at me and accusing me of being jealous, and i admitted that i was. he said that he didn't want me hanging out with russel, which came out of nowhere. so i think he's been talking to shelbie to make me jealous. i smiled becuz i knew i was right. at leas i hope so! and i'm still wondering what he was going to ask her... so what do i do.. u know that i'm dead without Cody. he might be shifty, but i love him all the more. he's been talking to ano moreResolved Question: BIG QUESTION ABOUT MOVING OUT AS A MINOR?

Hi, I'm a high school graduate looking to go to K-State in the fall, and I'm really interested in the Equestrian team. I've had ten years of riding experience, but had to sell my two horses last year because of the economy, and i've been off riding for a year. Now i'm looking for a competitive trainer for the summer to get me in shape and tune-up my riding before august. Because I don't own horses anymore, they'll need to have a decent lesson horse program, and as i'm not a beginner, i'd need a trainer who could school me over 3'-3'6" courses. I am taking a woman who hit my car to small claims court. It was parked on the street when she hit it, and told me the next morning. My insurance was unable to collect from her because it was under my $500 deductiable. She doesn't have insurance. I was an idiot and didn't call the cops when she told me, she said she would pay me out of pocket and never did. Anyway, my question.... I had a summons mailed to her house. She lives with her grandparents. Her grandfather signed for the summons. Is that still valid that she did not sign for it herself? Can she not show up because of this? I live in Missouri. When I called and asked the small claims people, the person on the phone told me it was valid. BUT, this office is full of idiots and have told me the wrong thing many times before. They misfilled the original summons that a deputy was going to deliever to her work, and by the time they found it (3 weeks later) she was fired on the day they were going to deliever it. Okay so about 4 months ago my fiance and I moved from Missouri to Connecticut to live with his parents for financial reasons and to go back to school. I am 23 so the past 5 years I have had my own place and my own privacy. About 6 months ago my man I am were having a hard time paying all of our bills so his parents offered for us to come stay with them. We had a dinner in MO a month before the move to make sure we were all on the same page with everything. They told us we would have the entire basement all to ourselves and it would be like having our own apartment. We could come and go as we please and that they have money set aside for us. Everything sounded great and we decided to go. Well as soon as we got here we all got in huge fight bcuz nothing was like they said. They always asked us where we were going. When we asked for 20 dollars they freaked out and said they werent made of money. They literally admitted that they lied to get us to come here because they didn't want us to end up homeless. That right there REALLY pist me off and they acted like we were crazy for being mad. Also I need to mention that my man and I have been sober for over 2 years but we did have a drug problem a few years back and we've gotten our life together since. It drives me crazy because they are always nagging us saying "you guys really need to go to AA meetings you dont just get better overnight" "you guys eat SO unhealthy you should stop eating so much junk food" "you guys aren't ready for school you were drug addicts just a few years ago you need to get therapy" when we asked if we could have 20 dollars to go see a movie (we have tried very hard to get jobs but dont have them yet, keep in mind they said they had tons of money saved for us) they said that we dont deserve to have fun until we get our priorities straight (aka-food-jobs-therapy) weve been here for 4 months and I literally havent gotten to do one activity that needs money not one movie not one dinner not any shopping NOTHING we dont deserve spending money or to have fun. It drives me CRAZY I think priorities and responsibilities are VERY important but life to me is about being happy and living. 2 years ago I was drugging so I need to do some sober activities to keep me motivated and sober. We have also tried very hard to get jobs and we cannot. Its so frustrating to have them tell me "yea we have plenty of money set aside for u guys" and than not give us any and say we dont DESERVE to have fun. I have no where else to live so I have to stay here but her constant nagging and being unable to do fun activities ( i no there are fun activities that are free.,..but come on) is really lowering my self esteem and making my life sad. 17 year old boy convicted of 3 counts misdemeanor stealing, got 21 days county jail and 2 years supervised probation. Before he even does the 21 days jail he gets nailed on minor in possession (alcohol) and possession of drug paraphernalia, court on that coming up June 30. What do you think will happen? We live in rural Missouri and this is my step-son, who we are estranged from. My twin sister lives in KC, MO. She applied for Soc. Sec. Disability. She has a lawyer. She went to the disability hearing. The judge didn't have all of the info. when determining the case. He took my sister out into the hall, with her lawyer. The choice the judge gave her was to get disability from back to January of this year or not get it at all. Sounds like a bribe to me. And would be denied if she decided she wanted to go back 3 years, which is what is normally done. Missouri got a judge from California to come in and hear the case, because they were supposedly backed up. I got 2 tickets the other night. Well the story is, I turned on to a street and floor it in first gear and a police officer hears my engine and follows me and pulls me over. He gives me two tickets. the tickets i have received are; 1- "Operated motor vehicle which emitted excessive and unnecessary noise (racing engine)" & 2- "Operated motor vehicle on a state highway without a valid drivers license (expired)." my Drivers license expired a few days before. and I sort of forgot. Hello. I was living with a roommate in an apartment with what was described to me as having "no lease". I realize that we were in a month to month lease situation legally, but I signed no papers with my landlord, or my roommate, and as I understand in the state of Missouri an oral month to month lease is only legal for a period of one year. I myself lived at the address for 15 months and moved in April of 2009 on the 18th after giving my roommate ample notice. She informed me she notified our landlord I was leaving. I do not know if she moved from our previous address. When we were sharing the apartment, we split all the bills and rent in half, except for the last month when she paid 40% of the rent and bills because of an extended houseguest of mine who paid 30%, and I also paid 30%. That was her idea and was proposed to us in writing at the time our bills and rent were due. At this time she is attempting to collect 50% of April's rent and bills from me, which I do not think is appropriate because I did not live there for the full month. I feel if I pay her 30% of the full month's rent and bills that is a generous amount, but I am concerned that if I offer this she will seek legal action against me. I am not sure where the law will fall in this matter - technically our lease was not legal in this state, I did not sign anything with the property owner/landlord or her, and none of the bills were in my name. Can she file suit against me in small claims court for the amount she feels I owe her, which is less than $500? Matt Whitworth, acting U.S. attorney for the Western District of Missouri, said Wednesday that the defendants used false information to obtain fake work visas for the foreign workers, who were then threatened with deportation while living in substandard apartments and working for inadequate pay. The indictment says the conspiracy involved fraudulent labor leasing contracts in Missouri, Kansas, Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, South Carolina and Wyoming. Eight of the 12 defendants were arrested Tuesday, when the indictment was unsealed. They made their first court appearances in the states where they were arrested and are being held in federal custody until they are brought to Kansas City, said Don Ledford, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office. Hello All, So now that I have read many many threads on PACe speeding tickets since I got on over the 2009 Memorial day weekend, I want to ask a question to this forum. First the particulars on my citation: On the Monday Holiday I set out on an errand logged over 70 highway miles here in St Louis MO. I was already aware that enforcement would be in full force and saw over 6 troopers engaged with offenders. My mind was in high alert and any I had resigned to staying safe and ticket free. Ahh the irony. Next I saw a State Patrol come in behind me. I check my speed instantly and noted approx 63 to 64 mph. I let off the gas to bring it to just over 60 without hitting the breaks. thinking that the limit was 60 I soon realized it was 55 and thought I might be in trouble. The law stayed behind me for a total of 4 miles in the end. At this point all traffic was pacing he and I at 60'ish and when a break finaly came that allowed us to get to the right sholder, he hit his lights and sirens (for added effect in my opinion) I quickly pulled over in the half sized sholder then up into the grass for both our saftey. To keep this shorter than it could be, the officer wrote a PACE ticket for 76 MPH in a 55. (FOLKS, thats 4mph short of 80 on a rainy narrow laned highway on MEMEORIAL DAY WEEKEND when I had already seen 6 traffic stops) Now I have had tickets and deserved them and never complained. I've even gotten out of a few by explaining myself during the stop so maybe I should just pay out and call it even but HERE IS MY QUESTION FOR YOU ALL: Should I plead not guilty and take this to a judge? Do Missouri State Patrol have all infractions on dash cam Video (with cruiser speed)? I am certain that any video would prove that my speed was far lower. Now, I was still speeding by definition. My real and final question is, In a traffic court, If I can show proof or reasonable doubt that 76 was not my speed, is the issue dismissed? or is a lesser charge issued?(speeding at 62) which would still be a pointed offense. I the second case I will just refer this matter to my lawyer. One other thing worth noteing is that on my citation where the officer fills out the charge and details it is printed : "I KNOWING THAT FALSE STATEMENTS ON THIS FORM ARE PUNISHABLE BY LAW, STATE THAT I HAVE PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELEIVE THAT:" this should hold him DIRECTLY to account for what he wrote. IF he says 76 and that falls into question why should he or the state (or court) get to say " Well me might have got that wrong but....uhhh 63 yeah your were doing 63 mph so that is the ticket we are now issuing you 4 months later.
